For specific implementations, RSI offers a thick client version of the RSI AVL software based on ArcGIS 9.3. This desktop application resides and is installed on individual PC's and does not require an internet connection, just network connectivity to the local RSI Base Server. The RSI AVL desktop application can be customized to run in tandem with other applications such as Computer Aided Dispatch, Routing, etc.
